Descriptif de la start-up

Bustle Music is a French start-up which object is to promote music & musicians in the world through the development of a fair music streaming platform. After 4 years of development we are now incubated in Paris’s incubator ‘Paris&Co – LeCargo’ rolling out our platform: www.bustlemusic.com. We are therefore inviting complementary talents to join us help shaping how to use global resource to help local artists.


To meet up with new artists, contact new labels, studios and other music stakeholders, tokeep connected with local reality in terms of internet connection, IP law, music consumption behaviours…., and to improve our visibility, we run every year a new music exploration campaign. In 2017 we will go to Eastern Europe. We will go through Berlin, Prague, Krakow, Kiev, Chisinau, Bucharest, Sofia, Belgrade, Budapest, Zagreb and Ljubljana. We are looking for someone to prepare and co-ordinate the campaign.

Therefore you will:

• Prepare the campaign

o Support us in looking for subventions,

o Prepare in each city meetings artists or other music stakeholders, pre-identify contacts we should get in touch with, map music festivals and those we should pass by…

o Organise the logistic of the campaign (visa, transport, accommodation, subsidence, logistic kits, anticipate the internet connections over there…)

• Manage the campaign from an operational perspective

o During the 3 months the team on ground will change, but you will be on the road all along the journey (minor holidays)

• Management of « musical explorers »

o Support the animation of a community of « musical explorers » which are intermediaries between artists and Bustle Music Team,

o Support to explorers’ recruitment in Europe.

Descriptif profil recherché

• You’ve got a successful international experience (studying or working abroad, longtravel…)

• You’ve got a successful experience in project management

• You like traveling, you’ve got your driving licence, you don’t mind camping

• You like music

• You are autonomous, hard-worker and serious

• You take initiatives and are source of proposals

• You want to join a young and dynamic team and have the start-up spirit

• You are fluent (writing & speaking) in French and English, and have a basic German (or more)
